Commission Rate and your efforts:
For
each referral from you that results in a purchase of any The Band Leader
software products you can earn 25 percent as a commission.
Upon approval of your application
you will be sent a referrer code via email. Give your referrer code to anyone you think
may be interested in the software. If they want to purchase the software have them
enter your referral code on their order. They will get free shipping (an $8.00 value), and you will get a commission.
The email from us will also include HTML code that can be used to create a
click-through banner on your website with your referrer number embedded in it. You are automatically identified as the
referrer when they order.
Termination
of Agreement:
The
Company reserves the right to permanently terminate this
agreement and not be responsible for any unpaid commissions if any of
the following should occur:
* You attempt to purchase the product and receive a commission from that order.
* Any attempt is made to fraudulently represent a sale
for the purpose of collecting commission.
* Any monies relating to the sale of the Company's products are
found to have been coerced from customers and have not been paid
directly to the Company. This would be considered embezzlement
and fraud and will be prosecuted.
* Either, or both, parties agree to dissolve this agreement. If
the Company terminates this agreement for any reason (with
exception to those above) it will be responsible to pay
commissions on proven sales up through the date of termination.
Delivery of notification to terminate this agreement is to be
made through United State Postal Service.
