Enter as little or as much of the information you want to track. For each gig there is space provided for up to 20 players, 10 staff, 10 estimated expenses, and 3 comissioned agents. Save entries as quotes, penciled in gigs, or booked gigs, and the calendar displays them color coded. In addition each gig stores info needed to update your web site's gig schedule. To help enter a new gig you can copy data from past gigs and/or use the Quick Quote builder.
In all setup windows users can choose which columns they want to view in the List frame (on the left) AND how they want their information sorted. Simply moving the mouse into the left or right side expands that side.
