View reports on the screen or print them to paper. Each reports allows the user to choose ranges of data (i.e., dates, categories, names, etc.) and sort the data in many different ways (as shown for the Expenses Summary Report below).
The reports available in the Standard version are shown below from the submenu they belong to.
The Document Generator (on the Gigs submenu) allows you to merge data in the system with templates for Contracts, Invoices, and general correspondence that you've created in Microsoft Word, WordPad, or HTML. With the Mail Generator you can create generic or personalized Email messages from scratch, or use templates you've stored in either plain text or HTML. One of the many automatic features of the Mail Generator appends your current engagement schedule to the message.
