Create Web Site Calendars

You can use The Band Leader to create attractive looking calendars for your web site (see samples below). Not only does The Band Leader automatically create these calendars (using gigs you've already entered), but it also sends them to your website with the click of a button - all linked and ready.

Two formats of calendars can be created. The first format, The Engagement Calendar, will show only booked gigs. This format would be great for general public visitors to your website. The second format, The Work Calendar, will show booked gigs, and penciled-in gigs. In addition, if you have created any "memos" for vacation days, rehearsal days, or day notes using The Band Leader's color-coded gig calendar these will also be shown on the Work calendar. The latter format is great for privileged visitors to your web site (i.e., other band members or agents).

Engagement Calendar shows Booked gigs only Work Calendar shows booked gigs (green) and
penciled-in gigs (blue), along with vacation days,
rehearsal and misc memos.

Calendar Web Pages
and the
Calendar List Page

From your HomePage a fan / visitor will click your Where We Play button and be taken to the Calendar List page. This page has a link to each calendar web page you selected to create. Links are provided on each month's calendar page allowing viewers to go back and forth through the months, or return to your home page. You don't have to link the Calendar List page to your home page. For example, because of the sensitive nature of the work calendars you may simply want to give out the Calendar List page's URL address so that other band members can keep up to date with what's going on. Both types of calendars can co-exist on the same website without crossing over to each other.
