Equipment / Production Proposals Module (sold separately)

Keep a database of your Equipment, Production Materials, Supplies, etc. and create a list of what is needed to do a gig. The list becomes
a "proposal" that can be printed as an invoice if needed. An expense category can be dedicated to track expenses on the gig that pertain
exclusively to the proposal, and a profitability report can be printed for the proposal that compares these expenses against the income produced
from the proposal. That being said there can be many proposals linked to any one gig and each can be linked to a different dedicated expense
category.

The Proposal List can simply be used to create a list of equipment you need for the gig and a Equipment Requirements Report, can be printed
for the purpose of using it as a checklist before taking off for the gig.

Equipment items can be single pieces or "kits" of pieces. The Equipment Requirements Report can be printed to show the kits or breakdown
the kits into single items. Kits and contain other kits. Having this later option allows you to use the Proposal List as a show list if you perform tricks in your show. As you can see each trick could be a kit and the pieces belonging to the kit could be the individual materials needed for each.

Because of it's versatility the Proposal List can be used for many applications (see below).

In all setup windows users can choose which columns they want to view in the List frame (on the left) AND how they want their information sorted. Moving the separator bar to the right allows more columns. Simply moving the mouse into the left or right side expands that side.
