In these days where everyone wants a picture, promo kit, and demo CD, it is hard to remember who has been sent what. Give a name to each piece of your promotional material, then select the pieces you want to ship out. Later, you can print up a shipping plan and shipping labels then hand off the project to someone else who will actually stuff, stamp, and mail the packages. Once shipped, use the promo shipment confirmation window to highlight those items shipped (shown in yellow below), click the Save button, and everything is documented.
